Is a 2007 ford expedition fuel efficient

Hello, the question is difficult because I'd ask - compared to what? Your Expedition will get probably 15-19 miles per gallon with it's hefty weight and 5.4L V8 engine. That's comparable to other vehicles of the same class manufactured in the same time period. Now, 14 years later, there are gains in efficiency. But it's unfair to compare against a vehicle of a different vintage.
