I've replaced the fuel pump fuse a couple times. The truck will start, but within just a couple minutes, the fuse is blown again. The FPDM is the only thing I can think of that might be causing this.

If you have access to a DC amp clamp, install a inline fuse holder with circuit breaker (same size as fuse) in place of the fuse blowing. See what kind of amperage is drawing. Suspect shorting fuel pump.
