Once you have confirmed those are good, inspect your new fuse box to verify that all fuses and relays are present and in working condition. Another issue you may have is with the vehicle's security system. When replacing the PCM, it must be programmed to your vehicle. If not, your anti-theft system will not allow the car to start.
