Hi, my name is Devin. I am an auto repair expert with the Car Genius team here at RepairPal. So sorry to hear you're having trouble with your vehicle. It sounds like you've done a lot of work on your Expedition, and I know how frustrating it can be when things don't come together! The first step would be to ensure the battery tests good and the connections are tight. Next, confirm that any ground wires removed during the repairs have been reinstalled. Once you have confirmed those are good, inspect your new fuse box to verify that all fuses and relays are present and in working condition. Another issue you may have is with the vehicle's security system. When replacing the PCM, it must be programmed to your vehicle. If not, your anti-theft system will not allow the car to start. If you are still having issues after checking these things, I'd recommend getting it to a trusted repair shop for a complete diagnosis. If you need more advice, have any other questions about your vehicle, or would like to get connected to a RepairPal Certified shop near you, we have you covered. Give us a call at 877-913-1554, and we will happily help you out!
