Fail safe

What is your question?

A year ago I had my truck tuned up and was told the codes thrown are for the throttle body and I had some for camshaft phasers and timing chain. Had the phasers and timing chain replaced. Now she runs fine but I am getting a Fail Safe Mode code on dash. I think it is related to the throttle body. Before i take it in for another $2,500. Could it be the throttle body actuator and/or TPS?

What makes this problem better or worse?
