Loud clicking behind the 3rd row on the RT side when the key is on.

What is your question?

I have a 2004 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer. At first it clicked when you turned on the third row air and sometimes turned off, now it clicks/thumps all of the time. I checked the air mix door actuator and the side unit thumps when it is on, but there is a dull thumping all the time, what could it be?

It is likely the temperature blend door actuator is not functioning properly. That is the only repetitious click I can think of that could come from that area. Could also be the door itself, but likely the motor.

Had the same problem he is right the gears are stripped for temp door :)
