no trouble codes and the engine runs fine(besides having coolant in the oil) Rattling noise goes away when oil pressure builds up.

Water in the oil is a sign of a blown head gasket. If you do only short drives where the engine really never warms up, you may have condensation in the oil, but with the other systems I would bring the Ford to a reputable repair shop with knowledge of Ford as soon as possible before serious engine damage occurs.
