problems with auxhillary power ports (cigaret lighters not working)

Most of these blown fuses we see are from using aux charging ports. Don't use higher amped fuses though. Don't use a charger with three or four ports on it to keep the heat down. Keep extra fuses on hand just in case. Happy Holidays.
Check your fuses and if ones blown then check all your power ports for foreign objects for example a dime
I was looking for the fuze block location on my 2005 Expedition-found it on the right front passenger compartment after looking in the engine area and the front driver's side. Fuze was the problem port worked after replacement, Thanks for the help. Carl
Hal D Having worked on older cars I was surprised to see a lower amp fuze i think 20 amps finding the fuze block was the first problem and the second was finding the fuze replaced the fuze and all the ports worked fine (proble causing the problem was a bad cellphone battery and charger which shorted)
