That code is reporting a fault in coil on plug circuit #2. Possible Causes Setting Conditions â€¢COP 2 connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and for moisture) â€¢COP 2 control circuit is open, shorted to ground or shorted to voltage â€¢COP 2 control circuit s shorted to voltage â€¢COP 2 Ignition (12v) circuit is open (check VPWR circuit from fuse and relay) â€¢COP 2 has failed â€¢PCM has failed
