I CHANGE THE PVC VALVE AND ITS STILL RUNNING ROUGH HIGH RPMS BEFORE CHANGING GEARS WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

Could possibly be your IAC (Idle Air Control Valve). On the 5.4L it is located under the fire wall. On the 4.6L the IAC is located driver side rear portion of the throttle body. Hope this helps
