truck turned off one day, like if it was out of gas, but hand 1/2 tank, towed it to the shop, they replaced fuel pump. but know truck is shaking & has loos of power???

Fuel pumps are not common failures on Expeditions. Was a fuel pressure test performed at the fuel rail? Was the fuel filter serviced if fuel pressure was found to be suspect? What testing has been performed? Has ignition, relative compression, air fuel ration testing been performed?
