What is your question?
I have a 1998 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer edition, with a third row seating area. When I bought the vehicle the third row had been sold/lost who knows. I just recently bought a third row seat for a 1999 Ford Expedition EB edition and was told that it would fit fine. Problem, the wheels that you roll the seat in with are to wide to fit into the area that the seat needs to latch into in the front. The rear of the seat it not a problem. Can someone tell me what I need to do. Thanks.

I read your problem on the internet. I want to know if you found a solution because I have the exact same problem with a 1998 XLT Ford Expedition. The back of the seat snaps right into place no problem. The front is another story the wheels stop the seat from snapping into place. If you have found another solution will you respond to me at hyperiongp@yahoo.com. Thanks.
You have to bend the wheels up.
My husband ended up taking the wheels off and bending the wheel guards back with a vice grip. There is one little piece of metal that won't fit and once that is bent it goes in great. We have been able to take the third row in and out as we please.
