The head bolts must be replaced as they are "stretch bolts", proper torque is not possible with old bolts.
The torque is done in 3 steps:
Step 1: 37-43 Nm
Step 2: Rotate 85-95 degrees.
Step 3: Rotate 85-95 degrees.
