replaced broken transmission lines, had to put transmission fluid back into my truck . So I put 3 qrt of transmission fluid in,still not showing on the dip stick.

This vehicle came with 2 different transmissions and my book shows 5 quarts for one trans and 6.5 quarts for the other, So add a half a quart at a time and keep checking it until it shows on the stick then you will know your close
