When I turn on the air conditioning, the rear ac blows ice cold but the front vents only blow warm air like just the vent is on. Trying to not spend a bazzillion dollars.. HELP??

It sounds like the front blend door is not working correctly, which is a common problem on Ford. This is a door that directs hot or cold air to where you need it. Ford finally made them easier to get to, so it should not cost an arm or a leg.
