What is your question?
After narrowing down my A/C problem it has come to this: Either my accumulator or my evaporator. I replaced the accumulator, evacuated and recharged the system and still have the same issue. The evaporator the blower blows on is NOT getting cold. Does this thing clog or something? AM I MISSING SOMETHING??? God bless all of those who help... It will be returned ten fold...:)

Check the blend door operation. This is the little door inside your HVAC unit that guides the air either over the heater core or the evaporator or some of both. Turn your Temp Control from as hot as it goes and then down step by step and the temp should really change. If not, then this could be the issue or 1 of the issues, Fords are really known for this, I have personally done several. I assume that the compressor runs fine and the gauge pressures look good, yes?
i agree. the high side is important. how much freon did you add? was the low side line cold to the touch? Roy
We put in 4lbs.4oz. this is what the sticker on the hod says. the lines by the rediator are not cold. the line coming from the compressor is cold to the accumulator and the "t" off to the rear is cold but the line feeding the evaporator core is not cold and the evaporator does not get cold. I have replaced the accumulator and that aint it... has to be the evaporaqtor core, right/
I would go with the orfice tube which is in the liquid line. that is the line from the condenser to the evap. I still dont think you need a evap. Roy
I have found the blend door to operate fine and my pressures are reading on the low side stays between 25 and 40 during cycles and i have forgotten what the hi side reads.. but i did evacuate the system and the vacuum held for at least an hour. I don't think i have any leaks.
