Will not crank

What is your question?

Removed starter. Bench checked good but when installed Bendix activates but starter will not crank....checked all grounds to engine an batteries they are tight and corrosion free ...bypassed all pressure and safety switches by shorting terminals on start solenoid...but still only Bendix engaging but not cranking ??? Is it possible starter bench checked good but dead spot in windings of starter motor
