What is your question?
Cluch pedel suddently went to floor. Fluid was load, added about 3/4 quart of fluid. Pedel still to the floor. Does it need to be bleed if how is that done. Manual transmission
What makes this problem better or worse?
Nothing happened all of a sudden after driving with no problem. Parked car and when I went to start no pedel. Checked fluid level was low. Added about 3/4 qt until running out. Still no pressure. Cluch can be pulled to top and will hold but when pressure applied goes back to floor.
How long has your 2000 Ford Escort had this problem?
Just happened this last week.

Bleeding would only be needed if the system was accessed or repaired or a component replaced. If not, then there is some other concern that will need troubleshooting performed to determine the cause. If you had to add fluid, it must have come out somewhere. You could have a clutch slave cylinder or master cylinder issue that will require repairs. The good news is that both components are external to the transmission, and can be inspected and checked without tear down.
