I have a 1999 ford escort i had a rebuilt engine done now my engine light is on code p1519 who needs to fix the problem

This is a code that pertains to the intake manifold. Since you just had the engine rebuilt you will want to look over all connections and vacuum lines first. It's possible something was not connected. I would bring it back to the shop though and have them look it over to be sure. Alex
