had idle pully,serpentine belt and waterpump replced. about 3 mths ago it would turn over but not crank. waited 8 hrs. it started fine. yesterday check engine light flashed 'bout 7 x then went out. should i be concerned for a timing chain?

Sorry I can't help with the rough idle issue. I owned a few escorts. The timing belt needs to be removed to get to the water pump and should have been changed then. They will go without any warning (happened to me, the engine was trashed.)Good luck!
