99 Escort zx2 won’t start

What is your question?

Coil pack, plugs, plug wires, crankshaft sensor, and camshaft sensor are all brand new and the car will not fire. There is no spark when I tested all 4 plugs. I checked the coil pack and new sensors, they are all getting power. What could be the issue??
