What is your question?
my air conditioner one day stopped working, so we replaced the clutch, after that was done the compressor worked and my a/c blew cold for about 5 minutes then blew out warm air. Then out of the blue one day it started working fine. Now I have hot air again, yes we drained the system and recharged it, nothing. Could I have air conditioner wiring problems, if so where do I find a schematic wiring manual?

you have the same problem that i have. its the constant control relay switch. im still tring to find out where its located. if you know where its located let me know. some say under hood inside relay black box,and some say its under the dash bord. the part number is:rcm12m
Here are two online sources for you: For AllData: http://bit.ly/AllData_Repair_Manuals_Online For Mitchell: http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online I have no way to know what's wrong with your car, without inspecting it myself. You need to get someone who knows your car to work on it. A/C problems are usually not difficult to diagnose if you have experience and the proper tools. First, look at the A/C compressor clutch, does it engage? A very common cause for the A/C clutch for not engaging is the CCRM or constant control relay module. It is located under the air filter housing. A bit of diagnosing from the websites that Superbob suggested may lead you there.
If you are referring to the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module) on a 1998 Ford Escort it is located under the air filter housing. To remove this you will require a 13mm socket to remove the 3 mounting bolts. once out of the way you will see the CCRM. I just replaced mine today and it was a 15min fix
