We've had the car for a few months and its been running fine but in the last week or so we've needed to jump start it a couple of times. Each time it has jump started and driven fine straight away. We thought it might need a new battery? This morning it wouldn't start and won't jump start either. The leads are connected but when we try to get it started it makes a loud fast ticking noise and nothing else happens. Any ideas? Thanks

Well if you haven't tried getting a new battery, you should think about replace your old one. If that doesn't fix the problem, then you might want to look in to changing the alternator.
