Help! My car's brakes are pulsing while driving/braking!

What is your question?

The old man just replaced/repaired the transmission and it's working great with the exception of the brakes! The brakes are pulsing while driving and make a hiss-like noise when in park. Also sounds terrible while driving. :( Could be the rotors? CV axle? Wheel bearing? Master cylinder? HELP!!

Sounds as if there is a vacuum line disconnected. If it's not your typical rotor warpage from extended cycles of heating and cooling down, then I would start looking for a line left undone.
