i was driving and the timing belt broke.. it shut off on me and i cranked it and nothing i popped the hood to see and everythin looked good but then i noticed my timing belt broke and when i fixed it i put it back on timing and all.. it dont want to start.. what else could it be??

The most likely concern is that #1 cylinder was on the exhaust stroke when aligning the timing belt. Be sure that the number one cylinder is on its compression stroke, TDC, confirm that the timing mark on the crankshaft sprocket is pointing upward. If not, rotate the crankshaft 180 degrees and recheck the alignment of the timing mark on the camshaft sprocket .
