Where is A/C relay?

What is your question?

10 amp a/c fuse in engine compartment is OK. Is a/c relay below that fuse panel in engine compartment? Compressor does not engage.

What makes this problem better or worse?

No cold air, attached can of refrigerant but figured out compressor was not engaging so not sucking in the refrigerant
