The engine turns over, but won't start.

Has new fuel pump, new fuel filter, passed fuel pressure test. also new spark plugs and wires. fuel cut-out light stays on, also checked fuel cut-out switch. What else??? Wondering about distributor cap, and ignition module location.??? thank you for any feedback
