What is your question?
2019 ford escape recently started having higher RPMs and not as much “pep” when accelerating from a stop. Have taken it in to shop, no codes, no lights. They could not diagnose an actual problem. Transmission fluid and filters were changed. Any idea what the problem could be?
What makes this problem better or worse?
It lags more when the AC is running
How long has your 2019 Ford Escape had this problem?
More than a month

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. This question is difficult to weigh in on without experiencing your concern and monitoring data from the processors and various components as you are recreating the problem you have described. My initial guess sounds like the transmission may have some slippage. This can be verified by watching live data while driving on a diagnosotic tool. You could also be experiencing engine performance issues, related to ignition, fuel or air intake systems. Re-visit a local shop and spend more time drilling down to the cause of what is happening. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
