The fan for air conditioning starts but stops withIn 2 mins. What is the problem

when I turn on the air conditioning, it blows about 2 minutes then stops. The fan says LOW despite I turned it up HIGH. the only time i turned on the vehicle, the fan starts then stops around 2 minutes...I hear noise afterwards, as if it is blocked?.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Only turned on but the fan stops...
