Hello, This is a common problem with the newer Ford products. It is most often found to be a bad battery, but also the battery charge could just be low. In either case, send it to the dealership. Make sure you keep all documentation, and make sure you let the dealership know that you will return until the problem is fixed correctly. There may be a software update to correct this issue by now.
