Hey there, I'm Dusty from RepairPal's Car Genius team, here to help! Both of the faults you've encountered are related to the evaporative emissions system. It may take some time for the code to clear on its own, but with a bit of luck, it will typically do so after a few drive cycles. Some are generally more of a pain to deal with and may not be clear. To expedite, you can clear the code using an OBD-II scanner by reading the codes and then clearing them. Since there are no performance issues, it's possible that properly seating the plug has resolved the problem. Keep driving for a few days to see if the system clears the code. If it stays off, you should be fine. If the light comes back, consulting a professional is a good next step.
