How many hours labor to remove oil dipstick that broke off?

Dipstick broke off inside tube. .how much to get it out? I was quoted 473 from Scott's automotive b/c valve cover needed to be removed. Is this a good price ? I was also told 8 hrs labor to remove it thru the pan is that correct ?
