The seatbelts in the rear by the doors that retract to the small cargo area Windows

Is the vehicle actually a 2016 model? If so, safety devices like the airbags and seat belts should still be under warranty for defects. Call your local dealer with your VIN to double check. http://repairpal.com/ford-within-10-miles-of-clarksville-tennessee-37042
It's not defective. My puppy tore up the seat belts so I am tryibg to figure out the replacements. I'm trying to figure out how much has to be done to remove and replace. Is it a simple removal or the cargo panel removal with simple access?
Ah, fun with pets. You should be able to pull back the weather strip at the edge of it and detach that trim panel (there's probably a few clips at the upper edge of the panel itself). From there just a few bolts. Good luck!
Would you have to remove the seats to access the seat belts or just the weather strip and trim panels on each side?
Just the trim, seat removal does not appear necessary.
Time estimate to repair both seat belts in the rear then? By chance would you know?
No time listed for it. Depends on how difficult it would be to remove the panels.
Is the panel all one assembly or multiple panels per side?
Not sure. Would have to dig in to find out.
If it's one panel like it looKS to be. It should be easier and faster, or could it be more difficult to reach the seat belts?
