What is your question?
My rear wiper arm was hanging down (I'm guessing stripped) so I removed the wiper arm but the bolt inside the wiper arm didn't come off with it. How can I get the metal off of the shaft? I don't think a puller would work now since there is nothing to hook it to. I've tried tapping it, sprayed liquid wrench and WD 40, and tried pulling and turning with pliers. I don't want to break the wiper motor so I can't turn it too hard. Any hope to get it off without taking it to a mechanic?

Hello, no guesses here; sounds like you've done all I know to suggest. Replacement of the wiper motor is quite possibly the only answer; sounds like the fastener broke within the motor piece. The only other thing is to have a professional set of eyes near you look at it. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
