What is your question?
Okay so it started because when I would turn all the way to the left I would hear this metal on metal screeching sound so then I find out that that tire on the inside was like shredding and that I guess supposedly all my tires are like shredding on the inside and so I'm curious if it would be smarter to get new tires and having alignment done first or take it to a shop and have them tell me what's wrong with it with bad tires and no alignment so I'm just curious what would be the most beneficial step
How long has your 2014 Ford Escape had this problem?
More than a week

Hi - Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. It would seem to me that the screeching sound is not necessarily related to the tire wear concern, at least not directly. I would recommend the steering and suspension be inspected to verify all is well, and then replace affected tires and perform a wheel alignment to resolve the tire wear concern. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link to find some shops near you who can help out!
