This happened after an ice storm, but everything should be unfrozen by now.
I start the car, drive. If I stop for anything, a constant beeeeep comes on. It's not really a beep...it's constant.
Only goes away when I drive.
Comes on in D and S. Not when in other gears. And not when moving.???
There is no warning message. Nothing is lit up or blinking.

Hello, honestly no idea what this noise is; you'll need to have someone near you take a listen -- and see what they think. Perhaps a shop near you? I don't think anyone would charge to listen and provide guidance, at least initially.
