Has someone used a diagnostic tool to monitor the output shaft speed sensor data? Being told it's a problem and having a test to verify you're not wasting your time, money and effort are two different things. This is not in any way a "do it yourself" repair. The transmission "main control" (valve body) must be removed with partial tear down in the chassis. The chances of introducing dirt and debris to a system that must remain clean, not to mention chances of not following the explicit instructions to prevent damage to the valves and control components is far too risky. And, again, I'd point out that you don't even know if this is the failure. If you insist on trying to repair this, obtain a workshop manual, read carefully and familiarize yourself with it, and make sure you have all proper tools and methods of access to the transaxle. I'd recommend a repair shop assist in testing and eventual repair. Use this link to find some shops near you that can help with your concern: www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
