Oil leaking from sway bar link bushing and just had struts replaced. Shouldn't they have noticed that and let me know it needed fixed also and how much do you think it will cost?

Popping and clicking noises when turning ( especially in reverse out of the driveway. Happens once a day or two so far since it started about a week ago. Can the bushing or link or both be fixed or replaced without the strut being replaced again even though they were replaced 2 weeks ago?
