2010 Ford Escape. I am pretty sure that the liftgate acuator has failed based on research. One thing I wanted to do is first rule out the fuses. I checked the 2 fuse locations, the one inside, and the one under the hood. I used the manual to find the correct fuses for the liftgate. They looked OK. I put them back in the panel in the same place.
Now when I try and start the Escape, I get no power to the starter it seems. My dash lights come on. Haven't checked the battery
yet BUT it is fairly new. The starter was replaced about 6 months ago. Weird. Wondering what I have done LOL. Thanks much!!
