What is your question?
2010 Ford Escape V6 AWD. 130k+ Had this slight vibration awhile now and it has recently been getting worse. It's most noticeable when you start from a stop and pass between 10-15MPH and is a vibration that shakes the whole SUV. Happens for a sec then goes away replaced by a wheel bearing hum at higher speeds 35-60 which I'm not sure if this could be related. This is more noticeable when accelerating thru it and when turning sometimes at these speeds, but can be felt when coasting at the speed or slowing down past it as well slightly. Recently changed the trans fluid which was a little dark, but besides making the trans feel smoother shifting had no change on the vibration issues. Also have fairly new tires so doubt it's a tread issue. Not sure what to look for next besides sorting out the wheel bearing hum. Any advice is welcome.

Hello, fix what you know to be a concern before guessing otherwise. If you have a suspect wheel bearing approach that. Other concerns could be related to axle vibration. One or more CV axles could create a vibration. This can be observed sometimes with the vehicle fully lifted in the air and running the wheels at speed. Replace the axles most affected first and recheck. Don't replace "everything" -- inspect and address.
