Excessive Fuel Consumption 2010 Ford Escape

My vehicle fuel combustion is 2 to 3 times what it was. Upon fuelling, I will burn 4 times the fuel as per mileage and it will decrease to approx 1.3 times fuel as per mileage as the tank gets below 100 kms. For a full tank, the fuel info states 13L/per 100km. The car is currently averaging 26-30L/per 100km. The is still the recall 16S41 to be completed however no odour or fuel on ground. Any suggestions?
