What is your question?
My vehicle went to a car shop last week and received an installation of two replacement calipers with two new front disc brakes, as well as resurfaced front discs. Days later, I began to have brake failure when applying the brake along with dash lights intermittently and spontaneous flashing 'ABS' and 'traction control' warning lights. When I brought it back to the car shop, they told me that it's due to a broken ABS module. I asked if this is related to their previous brake work and they said it absolutely did not. Is this true?

Not neccessarily. When you bleed the brakes after replacing a caliper (or both) ... you must follow the correct procedure with ABS brakes. You had stated that you had REPLACED and RESURFACED the front rotors, which I am assuming that was a misprint because it doesnt make sense to replace and resurface .. they are NEW .. not needing resurfacing. Im inclined to think that they might not have bled them at all if the front rotor statement is true.
Thank you very much nissandude. I'm a novice when it comes to vehicle repair (currently in graduate school). I had to go back to this mechanic twice for brake work within one week and I'm highly suspicious that the issue was related but they vehemently denied it. This is from my receipt...
