Passenger side blowing cold air

To answer your question accurately, I would have to know a few things first. Is the cold air you are describing being blown by the fan or is it being forced in from the outside air while driving? A recirculation blend door system may be a culprit. This door shuts the outside air off when in recirulation mode.
