Skips when driving in high gear/no light

Hello, You may just have a bad spot on the throttle position sensor. As it rotates with the throttle plate a bad connection at one particular point will cause the engine control module to think you are not pressing the accelerator. The only reason I question this theory is that it should happen in any drive range, but you also may only be pressing it to that exact point on the highway. They are easy to test, lots of youtube videos on testing them. I doubt a fuel or ignition issue very much.

Is it a 4 cylinder or V6?
