My battery seems to be totally dead. It is a new, this winter, heavy duty battery. What could be causing this?

Hi there! Since it has been sitting around for a full month, during that time, the battery will drain for small things (even the clock will eventually drain the battery, if it just sits). You may need to jump it and cycle the battery, meaning driving it for at least 10 mins or so. If you are still having issues staying charged after that you may want to get the battery covered under warranty; it just may be faulty battery to begin with! Good Luck!
