What is your question?
I had a miss fire code on cyl 1, 4&6 so I replaced the plugs, coils and PCM. after replacing it pulled a P2196 O2 signal stuck rick B1S1. i cleared the code and replaced B1S1 O2 sensor, cleaned MAF sensor. the vehicle starts and idles fine but has no power. it's still running rich as you can smell the gas in the exhaust and after ideling for 5-8 min the downstream cat and muffler are glowing (no codes on DTC). Even with downstream cat & muffler disconnected has no power and runs rich. It's the front bank that is running rich after checking the plug and the rear bank is clean. I'm leaning towards the front exhaust manifold/cat being plugged. I've tested the injectors and they are all working and spraying, no leaks or drips. I'm not thinking it's the FP sensor or regulator because both banks would be rich. your thoughts?

You seem to know what you are doing and are correct that a faulty fp regualtor would cause both banks to run rich. The misfires were not all on the same bank so it still could be an issue that affects all cylinders. Is it currently misfiring at idle? If its just low on power it could be a clogged cat. These are built into the manifold but you can try reading the temperature of the two cats to see if there is a drastic difference from one side to the other. Here is a link to a laser temp gun that makes that really easy. You can diagnose a lot of things with these tools. https://www.amazon.com/Tacklife-Thermometer-Non-contact-50℃~380℃-Temperature/dp/B01MQSIFCH/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1512108198&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=laser+temp+gun&psc=1
