Have you checked to make sure a proper programmed key is being used? If not, there will be no cranking. That's my first guess... You're doing all this testing, but it doesn't have to be so complicated. Proper programmed key Fully charged battery Connected battery with clean, secure connections to the starting system and vehicle grounds No blown fuses The vehicle should start.
