Why did Ignition coil and 30A fuse burned?

While in motion, my Ford Escape lost power, after starting again, the ignition coil burned and 30A fuse burned. I replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, replace 30A fuse, replace ignition coil with original Motorcraft coil. After starting engine,car was working unusual for a minute or so, then the ignition coil and 30A fuse burned again. I only put 42.000 miles on my Ford Escape 2004, 2.0, 4 cl. win # IFMYU02B34K71009. What do I need to replace- repair? Thank You, George
