evap p0452

What is your question?

Evap code is a p0452.Smoke test was done and no leaks were present with vent valve closed.Vaccum sensor on top of tank was changed code still comes back.Voltgage is 2.7 volts when vehicle is running.Is it possible for the evap canister purge was sticking,could it cause this code.Wiring on top of tank looks fine.
