It beeps 5 times then about 30 seconds later it will do another series of 5 beeps & it will just randomly do it going down the Rd even

Sounds like one or more of your warning lights is burned out. The SRS (air bag) warning light, if burned out, will beep 5 times repetitively. Also the check engine light will do something similar. Have this checked out.
