Oil cooler line hose leaking coolant crack in rubber hose how to replace

The coolant leak is coming from a clearly visible crack in the rubber hose part where it bends, I can get one end of a new hose in place but I cant get the end that connects to the metal line,There are 2 lines connected together and i cant get the line to go onto the metal end. If i was to replace whole thing what what i need to take off to get to it
